Ms. Jacobson has owned the Covenant family of companies from its founding as a small business in 1992, advancing to its present position as one of the leading American-owned, high-end aviation screening and security service providers.
In her role as Executive Chairman and owner of Covenant Aviation Security, LLC and Covenant Services Worldwide, LLC, Ms. Jacobson oversees the companies’ strategic and financial steering. Ms. Jacobson sits on numerous profit and non-profit Boards and Committees. She is an active member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA).
Ms. Jacobson holds a B.A. degree from Scripps/Claremont College and a B.S. degree from Northwestern University.
Mr. Murray serves as Chief Executive Officer of each of the Covenant companies – Covenant Aviation Security, LLC and Covenant Services Worldwide, LLC. Reporting to the Board of Directors, Mr. Murray has full directional and strategic oversight and full P&L responsibility for all of the Covenant operating companies.
Mr. Murray has broad cross-functional experience including sales and marketing, engineering, operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and global management. He is well-versed in envisioning, developing and deploying innovative and sound business strategy designed to differentiate and achieve sustained growth and profitability. He has served in executive management roles for over 20 years including roles of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President for Cinch Connectors, a subsidiary of a Safran S.A., a multibillion dollar global enterprise headquartered in Paris, France.
Mr. Murray holds a BS degree in Physics from Bowling Green State University.
Mr. Bolles serves as President of Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) and is responsible for the overall operational performance of the company. Mr. Bolles possesses more than 20 years of experience in program management, systems engineering/integration and federal contract management.
Prior to joining CAS, Mr. Bolles worked in a number of high profile roles as a consultant to numerous prime contractors decommissioning the U.S. nuclear weapons complex and in numerous project management positions with the Naval Sea Systems Command.
Mr. Bolles possesses a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Beloit College and masters’ degrees in Engineering Administration (Virginia Tech), Public Policy (University of Wisconsin) and Strategic Studies (Naval War College).
Mr. Park serves as the President/CFO for Covenant Services Worldwide where he is responsible for directing the organization's overall financial policies. Mr. Park oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. He directs and manages the senior staff responsible for executing financial transactions and maintaining compliance with cost accounting standards for affiliate companies.
Prior to joining Covenant, Mr. Park provided financial expertise in a variety of diverse settings including government, commercial, and non-profit organizations. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
Mr. Park holds a BA degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College.
Ms. Mueller serves as the Executive Vice President of Covenant where she oversees day-to-day financial operations and systems, including financial statements, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, contract costing, and annual budget development.
Prior to joining Covenant, Ms. Mueller served as the Financial Controller for Frontline Group, a global provider of financial services. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has served as a member in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society.
Ms. Mueller holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago where she attended the Commerce International Program in England and Scotland.
Mr. Brown serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Covenant Services Worldwide where he is responsible for directing all areas of human resources, including employment and recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations, training, labor relations and compensation administration.
Prior to his role with Covenant, Mr. Brown served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Horseshoe Gaming in Joliet, Illinois.
Mr. Brown holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and carries the distinction of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
